Caseria de Comares apartments have been designed for those people looking for a quiet and spacious complex in granada, well connected with all the accesses that leads to each of the different interest places in our region: sierra nevada mountains, the alhambra palace, alpujarras area, tropical coast or city center of granada.
In 2004, under the management of carmen garcía jodar, the doors of this magnificent and unique complex, in zaidín neighborhood, were opened.
Our complex is distributed with a central colonial-style building from the 19th century, listed by granada city council, where the office and reception are located, as well as two buildings where the vacation apartments are located.
During these years of activity, caseria de comares apartments have been visited by numerous personalities from the world of entertainment and several dance and flamenco companies, due to our good connection with the alhambra palace and generalife gardens.
Special consideration was given to those clients who are looking for quiet accommodation without street noise, in a residential and familiar neighborhood, and full equipped.
Due to our green spaces, our clients love to go out and enjoy them, reading a book for example or simply having a nice conversation, always under the imposing presence of our central building.
Just beside, you will find our private pool, exclusively for the use of our clients, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim during hot months in granada.
