To formalise a reservation by email or telephone, 50% of the total cost of the stay must be paid in advance (by bank transfer) and the remaining 50% must be paid on arrival on the day of booking (in cash or by credit card).
If you cancel up to 7 days before the booking date, there will be no cancellation fee.
From 7 days until the day of arrival of the reservation, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount of the stay.
For cancellations during the stay, there will be no refund.

The BOOKING POLICY set out above shall apply.

CASERIA DE COMARES may request a deposit of 200€ per flat on these special dates.
